To make a payment to your account login to Patient Ally. If you have not already set up a Patient Ally account, you will need to contact our office so that our staff can initiate the account set up. To request a new registration link email [email protected] or call our office at 562-433-0478.

If you have forgotten your username or password or are having difficulty click here or call 1-888-747-4255 for Patient Ally technical support. 

To access Patient Ally’s Patient Portal, you must first receive an email to initiate the setup process. You must then verify some questions and validate your identity using the cell phone number or email on file.  Once you have created a username and a password, you have completed the enrollment process and now may begin using Patient Ally.
