How To Start Running For Beginners

If you have always wanted to run, it's never too late! Running is a great form of exercise and has many benefits that can help you live a healthier, happier life.

If you are a beginer runner and have not exercisesed in some time, start off slow with a low-impact walking program. This will help you build muscle but not push you too hard.
